How will I be charged for services & when do I pay?
A bill will be left for client at last visit scheduled for that month or at end of vacation visit.  Payment is due within 10 business days of client's return. 


Will my pets and I meet the pet sitter before service starts?
Yes, the first step is to schedule a Free In Home Appointment in which we will meet and then complete all required forms.


Will people I don't know come to my home?
No, unless client is notified and approves of changes prior to
visit.


How far in advance do I need to schedule visits?
It is best to contact me as soon as you know you are going to be away to ensure that I am available. Holidays do seem to fill up quickly.


Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, I require a signed contract in which you agree to let me care for your pet and that you are aware and agree to my policies in advance.


What if my pet is hurt or becomes ill?
If your pet needs to be seen by a veterinarian, every effort will be made to contact you first. However, your pet is my primary priority.
